Walgrin is the commercial and industrial center of the Southron Empire. It also has the reputation for being one of the bloodiest cities, given the amount of contractual dealings, protocol miscommunication and the usual one-upmanship that occurs where capitalism and the strict codes of the Southrons meet. The courts have an around-the-clock clerk and judge on hand in order to meet the timely demands of the rich merchants and their thugs. Some (from the Northern Kingdom, of course) have compared Walgrin to a legalized camp of bandits.
